I need some methadone for a cancer.The doctor want give me a prescription , they say Im too young to take a that!
Is that legal?

It is people like you that make it hard for people like us to get pain meds and have a trusting doc.  I am sorry that you need to lie to people to get sympathy and info to gets meds.  Quitting may seem hard but, please try to get help!

So voodoo, do you really have cancer? If so then a good Dr isn't going to deny you pain management, and if you don't you are in the wrong place because no one here is going to  jeopardize ourselves and our own treatments by helping you do anything that is illegal.

If by some small chance you do have cancer then let the rehab clinic do the dosing for your pain.

Well it is not really about the legality. You do not list your age so I am assuming your fairly young.
Most doctors will not prescibe strong narcotics to those who are really too young as if they do have a chronic condition they will be taking the meds for a long time and they want to keep them om a low dose as possible.
With your having cancer though you are entitled to pain releif no matter your age. Are you taking anything right now for pain?
Cancer pain definatly needs to be treated and if your not being treated for pain then it is time to find a new doctor who will treat your pain as it is too important to treat the pain as well as the cancer.
What type of cancer do you have? Are  your parents involved with your medical care?
