Jaw pain

I am a 34 year old white male.  I weigh 240lbs. I sometimes (1 or 2 times a month) enjoy a cold beer or two in the evening after/during a meal. After consuming as little as 1 alcoholic drink and as many as 3 alcoholic drinks I develop a sharp shooting pain on both sides of my jaw. It does not travel to any other part of my head or body, and it seems to pulse sometimes. this has happened to me over the last 5 or 6 years. I have only excessively drank a few times in my life and I don't drink alcohol more then once or twice a month. I often drink water with me meals. The most I ever weighed was over 300lbs in my late 20s to early 30s, and the least I ever weighed was around 190lbs in my early 20s. I am diagnosed with acid reflux, but I take no medications prescribed or OTC I have the reflux under control through diet. Is this a condition brought on solely by alcohol or is it a sign of something else that is only triggered by alcohol?

Yes I have the same problem. I am trying to find the reason why I get such sharp pains under my ear around my jaw when I take a few sips of Alcohol. I believe it happens mostly when I drink cheaper style of alcohol such as Bacardi. It started when I started drinking wine. It really hit me. However in France I was drinking purer and very good quality wine and it didn't affect me as much.
But certain alcohol does. I just would like to know what my problem is.
