Help to find a good PM doctor in Rochester, NY!!!

I had L3/4/5 laminectomy 3 years ago, and now my symptoms are getting worse. My ortho doctor suggested PM, but PM clinic he referred me to is overbooked. I feel more comfortable when the doctor is not overly busy and can spend some time with me. I heard so many scary stories about bad doctors and treatment mistakes.
In addition I have no insurance at the moment. How much do they usually charge?

Any advice? Please help me.

Yes, please check with your insurance card.  We are not allowed here on this site to personally give out information like that.  But you can check on the internet, through friends, and also through your insurance company and start finding some doctors in your area.  Good luck in your search.
