Pain nr my left breat and left arm

Hi there im a 33yr old male for past few yrs i get a sharp pain like ive been stabbed inbetween  my left breast n left arm and some times just off center of my chest
i know my grand farther had heart problems and my mums sister has anginea
wou do you think it could be

It's difficult to guess what could be going on. If you have had pain for the last few years I encourage you to have a thorough clinical examination. It is even more important with your family history.

Your pain could be some muscle inflammation or irritation from everyday activities or even some early arthritis. Whatever it is it needs to be diagnosed. Please don't ignore your symptoms. Your body is telling you that things are not just right.

Welcome to the forum!  Sorry to hear about your pain, but there are no doctors on this forum.  Have you seen your doctor about it yet?  Chest pain isn't something you want to try to diagnose and treat yourself, so get busy and make an appointment!  :-)
