What you're experiencing is an acute low back pain. We need to do a detailed clinical evaluation to arrive at a diagnosis, including history taking, x-ray/MRI etc. Possible causes may include muscular strain, disk herniation, lumbar radiculopathy and other possible conditions.
In the meantime, you need bed rest for a few days until the pain subsided. Avoid prolonged sitting since this will increase the pressure in your lower back. After 2-3 days, try warm compress. Avoids any movements that will increase the pain.
I hope this helps! Take care!
Yup, I can know sitting will worsen the lower back pain but the pain is so severe that it make me constant at one place if someone gives a support to move then I am able to move. I will be definitely seeking for an medical attention.
That's good! A detailed clinical evaluation is needed to arrive at a diagnosis. Treatment of the problem will be base on the diagnosis of the doctor. Take care!
