I just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving.  I hope everyone has as pain free a day as absolutely possible and gets to spend the holiday with family and friends that are important to them.

Eat, rest, nap, watch football, eat, rest, nap, watch football -- repeat until bedtime - I'd say that's the ultimate prescription for today!
