A little relief finally

Well, they switched me to a long-acting med.  Same medication, same dosage but the extended release version.  Me being me, of course, it's not that simple.  Seems there's something in the long-acting ingredients that are making me itch like crazy.  So, it's back to the immediate release version.

Thankfully, for whatever, reason I am, at the moment, in pretty good shape.  I'm thankful that for at least today I have enough energy, strength, and lessened pain that I can actually get some stuff ready for the holiday!

Wishing everyone here a wonderful, pain free holiday!!!

With the itching being an allergic reaction couldn't an anti-histamine help? Not sure what your med is but I have heard of some people getting relief from an anti-allergy medicine helping with the itching problem.

Hi Mary,

Thanks for the update... even though it isn't great news at least it sounds like your physician is working with you. Sometimes that's all we can hope for! .... and he is listening!!

Glad you are doing okay today. Don't overdue with the Holidays approaching. We often make that mistake. So be careful and take care.

Peace,
~Tuck
