Stomach issues at 39 weeks pregnant :(

I am 39 wks pregnant and have been having really bad burning and tearing sensations on the top of my stomach just below my breast. It almost feels like something that has to do with my placenta.  Does anyone have any idea what it cld be? Im desperate! At times it just makes me want to cry because it hurts so bad!!!!!!

Well that's just it. I've talked to my dr she sent me for blood work on the placenta and it came back normal. They even did stress test. Normal still. So she decided it is heartburn. But i don't think it's that! Cuz they put me on the best heartburn n reflux med out there. And it stopped everything but this.  Ughh idk all i know is it's very painful and uncomfortable! Who knows lol just very thankful he'll be here soon!!!!!! :)
