Don't wait too long. If you are dissatisfied with your physician(s) please see another. Sometimes it takes awhile to find the right fit. Keep searching.
I'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hello Margarent,
Welcome to the Pain Management Forum. I am sorry to hear about your painful symptoms and fatigue. Obviously I am wondering if you have seen your PCP?
I am not a physician so I can only make some guesses and suggestions. I would ask your PCP to perform some lab work to begin the process of diagnosing your symptoms. Specifically you would be looking for inflammation, anemia, vitamin deficiencies, an infection or other such conditions. Your PCP will know best what lab values to check such as a Chem 21, CBC, Vit B12, Vit D and Sed rate to name a few. If all your levels are WLN do you have Fibromyalgia?
Are you 40 yet? As we age our metabolism decreases and it become more difficult to lose weight. Weight loss can be difficult at any age. Your PCP may be able to refer you to a dietitian to begin a weight loss program. Many of us struggle to maintain a healthy weight.
You may need an MRI of you spine to determine is you have some structural problems in the area of your back that is painful. You may be experiencing some muscle weakness and/or spasms. If you have lower back pain do you have a kidney infection?
There are just so many issues that could be going given your multiple symptoms that it is impossible to guess. I highly recommend that you see a good Internal Medicine Physician for a good clinical examination. If you have seen your PCP without any answers to your symptoms than I encourage you to obtain a second opinion.
Good luck to you. I hope you will keep in touch and let us know how you are doing. We will be interested to hear how your search is going.
Take Care, Tuck
