Hi:

The best way I have found to keep them on is to use "Paper Tape". It's soft on the skin and lets the skin breath. I have never had a problem since. I use the 1.5" or the 2" tape

Take care,
Mollyrae

Sorry, also meant to mention that when you put the tape on, make sure it is only along the edge of the patch - not on teh area where the actual medication is - that way when you go to remove the patch, there's no chance that the tape will pull and possibly cause a tear in the patch, allowing extra/too much medication to be released.

I used to have trouble with the patches falling off - I would use clear surgical type tape along all four edges of the patch to keep it from falling off or the edges folding up.  this definitely helped but be careful when you remove the patch - the tape can irritate the skin - definitely be sure when you apply your new patch to avoid any of the area where you had the old one - even where the surgical tape touched your skin.

Try the search function there are a lot of posts on the patches falling off.I personally wash the area with alcohol before application and haven't had any problems.
