I've heard that the Wellness Management Group is really good. Dr. Daniel Palm, MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine and performed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Pain Management and the American Academy of Pain Management. For more information you can visit their website at:

I am perplexed at some of these questions really.  No matter where we live our issues, pain, etc.. follow us , and it is paramount to call ahead and research this stuff as it is inhumane to suffer.  Call your insurance carrier and ask them, see a primary to refer you out, and make sure when you show up you have your mri's, cscans, etc..for help or nobody will touch you.
ALL PAIN MANAGEMENT SURGEONS WANT EVIDENCE OF OUR PHYSICAL SELVES..
Look for Top Pain doctors now in your area or proximity google it and then use your pinky to dial and ask if they take your insurance.  If you pay out of pocket then get going on this Monday.  In the meantime go to an open door clinic which most towns have and see if they will help you pending a pain appt.  Blessings,

Hi janinadispaltro,

First, I want to welcome you to the Pain Management Forum and let you know that we are glad you found this Forum. I want to let you know that there are NO Doctors on this Forum, only CP  {Chronic Pain}  Patients that help each other with our OWN expertise and experiences that we have developed through our OWN CP Issues.

I'm very sorry that you are in pain BUT you MUST understand that we on MH {MedHelp} DON'T give out the names of PM {Pain Management} Doctors OR PM Clinics.  We have found that just because a PM Doctor works for one of us they MIGHT not work well for someone else.

We here at MH recommend that you Google a PM Doctor OR PM Clinic in your area and then start calling around until you find one that works for your particular needs.

We wish you the VERY best and hope that you find a PM Doctor that works well for you.

Good Luck...............Sherry  :)
