in severe pain

I havnt had a period since june and yeaterday ot came on so fast i bleed all over my rug while excersising iv had my tubes tied 10 years ago. now iv been in pain for 3and a half hours with blood clots pouring out every 5 mins iv taken ibprofin , iron,and tylenol. i cant afford to go to the docters or emergency room. what else can i do. please help the blood clots are about half dollar size and bigger. please help

Thank u all i went to the emergency room they said the pain was from a bladder infection and the clots r good and its just a bad period they tested urine and blood no pap smear or pelvic

Your endometrium could also be thickened. When hormones get off balance it causes this, this results in excess bleeding and clots. Sometimes a change in birth control will help but sometimes if its real think a d and c may have to be done. Usually the local health department can do a Pap smear. Maybe go that route for now and go from there!

I agree with battra you diff need togo to the doc I went through the same thing ended up having a demriod cyst which had to over my ovary had to have a hysterectomy.You can always set up a payment plan with your doctor,dont delay on going to the doctor and getting this checked out.

I'm sorry but you need to go to a dr, I had all you are having, and ended up having a hysterectomy, I had fibroid tumors in my uterus, they can keep growing until you go through menopause. I was in so much pain, awful cycles when I had them. Please get medical help.
