Hello Outdoor,
Welcome to MedHelp's Pain Management Forum. I am glad you found us and took the time to post....but sorry to hear about your painful symptoms.
I agree with Millie that you should consult your PCP. It could be the beginning of Fibromyalgia or another number of similar conditions. Only your physician can give you accurate answers.
We know how very difficult it is to deal with chronic pain. I hope that you will become an active member of our community. We are here to offer our support. And of course we'll look forward to hearing from you again. I am hopeful your PCP will be able to get to the bottom of your painful symptoms.
Take Care,
~Tuck
It could be so many things. Have you gone to the doctor?
Ten years ago that's how my fibromyalgia showed. I can still remember thinking my thigh muscles felt like I had been on a stairmaster for days. It slowly spread to my arms with so much heaviness it was hard to walk or lift things. I was lucky with my primary care doctor. She is so amazing. She has a true gift for diagnosing; I've seen it a million times with her over the years with myself, family and friends.
My rule of thumb has always been for things that aren't obviously emergent, if it doesn't resolve in 2 weeks, see a doctor.
Good luck and let us know how things are going.
