pain and weight

Hello, I am trying to get help for my husband. He is 52 and overweight. He is not obese. He is in pain all the time. He cant bend down, if he does it is pure pain. He hurts so much he cant sleep , and must move from bed, to couch, to chair over and over each night. Due to this he sleeps mabye four hours a night. He is physcially drained. We have gone to doctors. They say its his weight and needs exercise. He cant exercise, when he hurts like this. They say he doesn't have Ruematoid Arthritis..  All I know is he a mess. I don't know what kind of doctor to consult next. I know he is getting older, but he shouldn't hurt like this. His feet are always cold if socks arent on so I though mabye circulation was bad. Any suggestions would be great.

I am a 18 year old skinny male. I use lidocane patches and they severely decrease appetite. I loose about a third to a half a pound daily :-(

What kind of docs has he consulted?  What tests have been run?  What were the results?  Has he tried talking to a pain managment physician so he can maybe get the pain treated while pursuing diagnosis?

I would recommend seeing a holistic/natural doc.  Ask about hcg injections.  I've not done this personally, but have heard it has astounding results.  It addresses a malfunctioning hypo-thalamus gland.  There are so many natural solutions to obesity, and a homeopathic doc. would sure know which direction to go in.  Best of luck to you:

Kay,
