Hi! I agree with troubleinohio.  You need to see a doctor, preferable today.  If you suspect you're pregnant, let the doctor know.  But it does sound more like a UTI than pregnancy to me.

Good luck

there are no doctors here, just chronic pain patients. however it sounds like you may have a bad bladder infection. THere are other conditions that could also cause your symptoms but the most likely would be the UTI (urinary tract infection). Call your dr. Asap and get checked out! I used to get UTI"s alot when I was younger, and i had one about 7 yrs ago that about took me out! My symptoms were non -existant that morning...by afternoon i was having pain when urinating...by evening I was in the ER ,  SCREAMING in horrific pain and urinating pure blood! The infection spread very fast and they almost had to admit me but luckily the antibiotic IV stopped it from going into my kidney's just in time.
You dont want to wait until you get that bad, so get checked out asap, trust me!

I'm NOT a doctor but your symptoms are like ones I had when I was diagnosed. Look up IC (intersystial cystitis) the spelling is probably wrong, but the only way this can be diagnosed is by a physician looking directly into your bladder. I'm sure there are many other things it could  be as well, but you should probably head to the do for some testing.

Good luck and let us know the outcome!
