I take 2000 mg of vitamin D, and it causes no pain. I feel much better when I take it. I used to be deficient.
I would not stop the vitamin D. Perhaps you need other vitamins and minerals in addition, but the vitamin D shouldn't cause problems.
Try calcium tablets and glutamate powder at night for the hip discomfort. Try magnesium in the morning at 500 IU.
but i am just wondering why i had pain on my hip joint after five days of taking the tablets and i never felt like that before. after i stop taking the medicine i didn't feel the pain again so i'm wondering if the pain was because of the tablets
but i'll try taking the medicine again and see if it happens again
