hi, i have some problems with my both wrists. i had a injury when i was abt 10 yrs old. both wrist give me constant sharp pain at times after i over exert my hands. i did a MRI scan, and nerve test on both wrists but doctor says everything is ok. but the problem is gradually increasing every year. my wrist has some crumbling sound of bones when i rotate my wrists, sharp pain, some numbness occasionally in morning and night usually. when pain or numbness occurs i cannot even hold a cup. any form of advice for me is appreciated. i am a thyrotoxicosis patient.

I don't know anything about thyrotoxicosis and I'm not a doctor so this isn't "official medical advice".
I have had similar pain to what you describe when I had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  There is a self-test you can do to help figure out if it's CTS or not.  You can view how to do the simple self-test here:

Whether or not you think you may have Carpal Tunnel, the best thing to do is to talk the doctor about it.  If nothing else it would help to rule that out if they haven't already.  It also sounds like it could be arthritis, but again, I'm not expert and only your doctor can tell you for sure, if they can.
Since you have had a lot of tests and they haven't found anything, have you considered seeing a specialist?  That may be a good next-step.
