9 yr olds experimenting

My 9 yr old daughter came to me telling me that she has been kissed by 3 different girls on 3 different occassions she also said that at one of the girls houses they took their clothes off and touched each other. I am very concerned that this isn't normal behavior. I am wondering if I did something wrong in my parenting of her and I don't know what to do. Please help!!! Should I take her to a psychologist?

This is normal behavior for children who are habitually unsupervised. It sounds like at this other girl's house they can count on privacy with no adult looking in occasionally. It's like Lord of the Flies. Kids left completely alone most of the time behave this way.
