My 7 yr old son is distructive

My son is 7 years old and has a distructive behavior.  He does not listen and is always getting into trouble at school.  He lies and steels and no matter what we have done to try to correct the problem (counseling, taking privilages away, etc.) nothing is working.  I am at my wits end with him and am looking into a boot camp facility for him.  I feel that if he continues down the path he is on he will end up in jail/prison like his father.  Please help if you can with a referral to the Southern California area for boot camps or any advise that would help, please.

I had some issues with my two older sons at one point and I turned into the boot camp.  Every single time they acted out I simply said "DROP and give me  an argument and I added five more each time.  The first time my son got up to 135 that was it.  Done he hasn't done a push up in 4 mos and now I can simply send him to his room or whatever he doesn't sneak for act distructive or any of that anymore.  You can try to google a boot camp.  I thought my boys were heading that way but then I tried this and boom they are normal (pain in the butt sometimes) boys now.  Good luck
