Nose Picker
I have a seven year old boy who has just recently started to pick his nose and eat the boggie. I have tried to get him to stop. He has been seen doing it while playing football and in his classroom at school. Please help, what can I do ?
That sounds like pinworms to me. They cause sudden onset of nose picking and booger eating. (eeks)
You can get pinworm meds at the local drug store. Right next to the lice medication.

I'm wondering - could your son be allergic to something? Allergies make the nose itchy and also produce mucus. This year the pollen count has been very high in our area - how about your area? Anyway - just wondering ....
