Well your daughter is 5lbs more than my six year old. She is a very slow eater. Will not eat anything hot, pretty much she is a vegan, no meat unless its steak. It drives me wild. Try getting her to help you cook, that way she will want to eat what she has made and will be very proud of it.
Slow is fine let her eat at her own pace if you have to get up earlier to allow her time for breakfast..Dont make an issue of it even if you are concerned it may not help, give her choices of fruit and veg, take her shopping and let her choose, if she likes one fuit more that is okay she doesnt have to like them all, bananas are great ,put her a selection on the table , maybe with yoghort, Orange juice is good for her, children going to school get a lot of coughs and colds, the children pass them around to each other then bring them home....Ask her what food she would like to eat let her take the reins at 6 year old she can even help you cook some food.
