is there any cure for myxoma in the heart other than open heart surgery?

My 16 yr old daughter had a stroke last dec 18,2017, cant talk, or move the right side of her body, test shows she has large acute non hemorrhagic infarct involving the left artery territory,  2D echo showed severe MR, mild to moderate TR jet with an assessment of myxoma tumor with thrombus formation. was told need an open heart surgery to remove that tumor. I am scared to get that procedure for my daughter. is there any other way to remove it without open heart surgery? is there any other way to remove it? the surgery is so expensive and as a single parent , it is difficult for me to get her that surgery.
