Chills down spine, fever and cold hands

My 11 yo daughter has been having chills down her back a couple of times this week. Tonight she experienced it again and is now running a fever of 100*, her hands are ice cold but her face,ears and neck are burning up. She isn't complaining of anything else, just the chill down her spine and cold hands.

Could be flu if she continues get her checked out, maybe shes better now .good luck
