Diarrhea in my 22 month old son

My 22 month old son has diarrhea for over a week already WHAT DO I DO?

HELLO EVERYONE I WAS NEED HELP IF YOU CAN. MY SON HAS HAD DIARRHEA FOR A LILTTE OVER A WEEK ALREADY THERE WAS SPOTTED BLOOD IN HIS STOOL I TOOK HIM TO THE DOCTOR BUT THEY ARE NO HELP THEY ARE NOT TELLING ME ANYTHING. MY SON IS COMPLANING THAT HIS STOMACH HURTS AND IT HURTS HIM WHEN HE USES THE RESTROOM.... IT STARTED OFF WITH A FEVER OF 104.0'F AND THAT WENT AWAY IT JUST THE DIARRHEA NOW....... PLEASE HELP ME I AM A WORRIED MOM THANKS YOU GUYS......................

I am hoping it has cleared by now , it sounds as if he has had a stomach bug of some kind with the fever, he would need hydrating, plenty of water then slowly add back food , rice Banana, what had he been eating prior to him having the diarrhea ,could also be an allergy but that possibly wouldnt accountfor the fever . let us know how he is , and if hes still unwell back to the Doctor with him or another Doctor .
