Frustrated

My 4 year old daughter has been complaining of stomach and back pain for 4 days now. When I say complaining I mean screaming, crying. She woke up this morning 3 a.m screaming and we took her to the E.R. The blood work came back fine and they sent her home. They told us nothing. She is still "complaining" about the pain. What is wrong?

Has she fallen or hit her back, any activity she could have pulled a muscle, did they say give her child tylenol or any pain killer, maybe massage the area she tells you hurts her, has she any older or younger siblings, could she be upset by anything?
