Itchy feet in children

My daughter has itchy feet at night only and most times wants a cold towel to ccol them. This phenomenon happens only at night and could occur upto 6 times

An allergy maybe , what material are the socks she wears, cotton is best, what does she use on her feet any creams ? how about any new shower gels .

If it was an allergy even if she had her socks off ,if she was allergic to the material it would still itch at night.She could be deficient in a nutrient perhaps google itchy feet in a child ,see what comes up .
