scabby skin rash

My 11 month old son has a rash on his thigh. It doesnt itch and it doesnt hurt him but it is spreading slowly i drew a pen circle around it to see if it spreads more. it looks like scabs from getting hurt or something. He doesnt go out to much so it couldnt be bed bites.

hello my son had that problem..you know what I use something called hydrolatum..go to the drug store ask the pharmacist...it will be behind the counter with them and it cost about 12 dollars for a big jar...and that really works excellent on my son..i put it on him when he jumps out the tub and his skin is moist...try it

It could be a skin infection he has picked up from others, is he in daycare or play with other children ? He may need some prescribed treatment perhaps get it checked out , allergies are usually itchy,.
