Weird blothces on the soles of my 3 year olds feet. Help

Two years ago, I noticed red cirles under the skin of my child's feet (clear in the middle, different sizes [biggest is probably about half an inch circumference], not raised, not painful, not itchy, the skin outside is pretty normal, not flaky). They were mostly on the soft part (where the arches are) When i rub on them they disappear kind of like a sunburn when u put pressure on it it turns white then red again. I just wanna make sure its nothing serious
