White pus in urethra?

My daughter is three years old and the other day she said her butt hurt and that there was something white in it.  So I checked it out and she had some white pus like what would come out of a pimple in her urethra.  We cleaned it out and gave her some cranberry.  This happened yesterday.  She hasn't complained of any pain, but she's three and never complains even when she's sick.  Any ideas?

Keep an eye on it and if its back take her and have it checked out, is she potty trained , could it be from trying to wipe herself, children dont always do a good job of it,
