scared of TS, Diabetes, or Anxiety over recent breakup

my 2.5 yr old son has started 'hard' blinking, I 1st noticed about a week ago. He cant get food in his mouth fast enough...huge appetite.  Daycare said he was trembling/shaking most of the day, which since birth, he usually trembles in his hands/arms when waking.  He is very irritable and yells more than usual.  Could this be due to stress, or could there be a medical problem?

The eye blinking may be a transient tic and it will probably go way , again best to ask the doctor ..

Shaking is  fairly common and usually happens after waking, google to see, there is a lot of it around ..,blinking seems normal also maybe good to ask the Doctor about it ..
