I've managed to eliminate patm from my life by use of no products, operations or changing of diet. I've changed nothing apart from thoughts, feeling different and breathing naturally again. Also I don't have feelings where I see myself and feel myself floating. This is imperative because you need to identify what else is going on for you other than patm and hence being able to see what is happening. Something else I've made observation of is we are afraid of life, afraid to do the simple thing that makes us present - it's breathe. My patm started from fearing of offending someone with my smell. Lots of experiences took place (all when I was young) about why I concluded the fact I smelled. I do strongly believe it's an illness of the mind. I say this with evidence as I've had not received a reaction for three months. I've used my mind to create progressive thoughts for myself and have no thoughts relating to anything to do with patm. Its essential you forget about patm in oppose to to trying too find a cure or explanation, after all the goal is to live as stability a life as possible. An example is the fact I've forgotten about patm (without in need for a cure). Even if someone just so happened to cough 'or other reaction' I would not feel the need to relate it to me as I no longer fear patm and instead embrace it. Embrace, in the fact that yes you are aware that people are reacting but it's not on purpose and is certainly not your fault. It's all about letting go, being free, finally letting go and finding yourself again.
