For those on low carb diet

Hi,according to some searches and researches if you re on a low carb diet you should know about the side effects of this:Low carb diet is also known as keto diet.When your body is in ketossis you can side effects like bad breath and increased body odor with an unpleasent smell and digestive issues. Keep in mind keto is a short time diet and not a deffinitive one because if you keep it for a long time your body will not have enough fat to bune anymore and this is not what you want.

Keto diet is the only thing that reduces patm. What you said about Keto is wrong btw,  many people have been on that diet for years and are healthy.

Unfortunately, as soon as you start eating carbs again, patm comes back in full force after 2-3 days.

This keto removing patm effect is new info to me.

What about dairy products?
