Genome Testing?

Do you guys think we could figure out what's going in our bodies through genome testing? I was doing some research and came across a test that checks for many diseases including TMAU, which some of the PATMers have.

How are you going to look for patm in the human genome because there are thousands of genes. What will be your criteria? Smelly genes? You don't know? So I suggest you shut up, just as you said because your ideas are not only twisted but crazy. I'm showing you the errors in your ideas because you've been very hostile.
