Check out this youtube channel, called Body Odor Sufferers. It's very informative, the guy often has interviews, which he interviews someone every Friday; including people who are dealing with TMAU and PATM. Someone commented about getting an Xray on the abdominal, which the doctor found a fecal impaction, he has started to take laxatives and says it helps with the odor.
Watching these interviews, scary how similar some of the things mentioned there are with my own experiences.
