Here's a list of things I have bought because other people suggested it:
Pure protein plus (powder) - It has vitamins and omega 3's.
Liquid Chlorophyll - Didn't notice a difference.
Activated Charcoal - It made me throw up when I mixed it with other supplements.
Blis K12 - Adds healthy bacteria to the mouth.
Oxy Powder- Cleans your colon.
Sacharomyces Boulardi - Haven't tried it yet.
Latero Flora- Probiotic for digestion, colon and immune system (started using this)
Detoxadine - Supports thyroid health and the immune system.
Apple Cider Vinegar - Supports immune system, digestion, ph balance, removes toxins.
Hopefully I will start to notice a difference soon, because I started taking supplements and eating healthier about a month ago.

One thing I've seen that almost completely removes patm for 1-2 hours if taken on a empty/semi-empty stomach is hydrogen peroxide (food grade) diluted in water. Only take a very small dose as it is dangerous in larger volumes.
In addition to that, the only food that I can see getting reduced symptoms from, are steamed vegetables. But if I add a dressing or anything else to it, symptoms are all around again.
Oh, another thing I really recommed is buying some really nice over-ear headphones with active or passive noise reduction and fill your day with good music, podcasts, radio shows etc to avoid hearing the coughs.
