I still very much have PATM - my symptoms have never gone away since I developed it over 2 years ago.

I'm currently doing an intervention to rebuild my gut flora, and I think it best to abstain from reporting results until sufficient time has past. I've heard probiotics can take well over a month to demonstrate any appreciable effect, and my intervention is designed to be at least 2 months in length, so I won't be confident to say "This worked" or "This didn't work" until another month or so.

I think most of us have just accepted it as a fact of life and deal with it as best as we can, revisiting the forum to see if any progress or findings have been made.

It seems like the severity of PATM comes and goes for most people. I assume people post when it the worst for them.
