Peripheral artery disease

Hi All I've just been diagnosed with severe stenosis in my iliac artey after months of pain walking. They are going to stent it when they take me in . My questions are will the pain walking disappear after and how successful is this type of stenting?

Stenting increases the blood flow to affected area which should ease your pain.
