@lovi151: what kind of herbal things and prescribed syrup do u give him? are u still drinking warm water in the mornings? Do u think it helps? I did it for 2 weeks and stopped cause I don't see that it helps.

@nesik: no my son is a big time colic baby but I give him herbal things which helps him to pass the gas also in between prescribed syrup from doctor especially at night time. But the syrup from doctor I give once a while not everyday. And I give him bath every third day at night time so after all these things he is doing better, try to give a full body massage to him around 11 and then feed him and burp and some lullaby music I am sure this will help

@lovi151: I did try tummy massage a number of times but didn't see any results from it, bath helps a little, its important for me to burp him very good, I mean to wait for a couple of those, I wonder why some babies don't have any problems with gas and some have a lot, my first daughter was the same, I hoped for it to be different this time.

@Suzy93: never heard of this method before, when I go to sleep he wakes up for feeding anyway, I'll try it sometime if he's still asleep when I go to sleep, thank u!

@nesik have you tried dream feeding? Let's say his bedtime is 8 and you don't go to sleep until 11. Have you tried feeding him before you go to bed? They call it dream feeding because you DON'T wake up your baby. You simply pick him up and put him at your breast or bottle. Don't burp or change diaper. When he's done gently put him down. This helps my son sleep longer and me get more sleep

It takes longer to digest formula than breastmilk so your son feels full longer, maybe that's why he sleeps till 5am, maybe he's just a good sleeper :)

I give him breast milk around 10-10:30pm and then formula around 11:30 and he goes to sleep and he sleeps until 5-5:30am then I give him breast milk and he sleeps again for couple of hours and after that he doesn't sleep for 4-5 hours but m happy that atleast he sleeps at night otherwise I get exhausted. I do understand your condition but u have to look after your health too xx

Its kinda impossible cause he's awake for 3 hours before 8 and I cannot keep him up, plus I have 3 year old daughter so when he's asleep I take care of her, give her bath and put her to sleep, and hubby comes home too tired to help me, do u give your son breastmilk or formula before bed?

Hi nesik how are u? Thanks for answering m so relaxed to know this. I was thinking to message u about the baby sleep as u asked that your son wakes up around 12 and then sleeps for less so u should try play with him and try to keep him awake until you go to bed and give him a good enough feed so he feel tired and will sleep longer and if his tummy would be full enough he won't wake up in midnight for feeds good luck :-)
