Am I pregnant or is this just my PCOS?

I am 20 yrs old, I have been diagnosed with PCOS for two years now. The last time I got my period was last October 5th. I had sex last January, and I took three PTs, all said were negative. In my last check up, I gained weight from 110 lbs to 143 lbs., two years ago I lost a lot of weight and my period starting regularizing. Usually, my period happens for three months, then for another three months I won't have my period. When I started gaining weight, I stopped getting my period. I was supposed to have my period last February, so am I pregnant or is my weight gain affecting my cycle?
