Going to the DR, what meds should i ask for?

ok so not sure how many in here know my story but basically, i was diagnosed with PCOS in January, had IUI in February, failed, had IVF in May, pregnant with twins, lost one at 6 weeks and then went to the ER on Sunday Sept 28 for contractions and found i also have cervical incompetence and delievered my son Aidyn 17 weeks early. we layed him to rest this last saturday.

i go in tomorrow to see my dr for my 2 week check up, what would be the best medicine to ask for to ovulate since i have been told that i dont and i cant get pregnant on my own (which of course, it does happen and drs dont know it all) how well does metformin work? what others are there? ill try them all!!

I am taking metformin, it seems to be helping me. I have an insulin resistance so don't know if you have that too.

In Dec I will be taking clomid which does not cost alot. It's like $9 at walmart.

Metformin $4 at walmart.
