I am trying to become pregnant

I took Clomid and had sex during ovulation, but then I had to go to the dentist and extract a tooth and she gave me metronidazole. I told her I was trying to become pregnant. Can that antibiotics hamper me from getting pregnant this month..

I would say they probably won't affect anything in that regard.  If you had sex at a time which allows the sperm to get up to your egg in time, you'll get pregnant.  Many people get pregnant on antibiotics accidentally because they don't realize it can cancel the effects of their birth control.
