I have pcos, but just recently lost a lot of weight, could I be pregnant?

Just last year I was dignosed with a mild form of PCOS and I found out because I missed my period for 3 months in 2010 which was weird to me because up until I was 23 I had regular 28 day period cycles. I've always written down when my period starts and ends. So last year I thought I was pregnant because I missed 3 month when I was workings. But all my hpt's came out negative, so my friend told me to come get checked up. I did. Found out I had pcos, the doctor gave me provera to start my period again. It did after the ten day cycle. Then I got back to my regular normal cycle. I lost a lot of weight when I was working out in december. 12/21/2010 was the last time I had my period. So i'm just irritated, because i'm afraid the same thing that happened to me last year could be happening again, and i've taken 2 hpt's (cheap ones.. Lol) and both came back negative. My flat stomach is now a little pooch. I have no MS, no tender breasts, but they did get bigger, (says my husband) after I eat I get like a burning sensation in my chest, my lower stomach feels tender, and my ribs right under my breasts are tender. I know for a fact its not a GI thing or constipation because I poop at least 2-3 time s daily. I pee a lot, and sleep tooooo muxh. Advice, help or educated guesses would be great! Especially from mommy's I know everyone is different.. But I just don't wanna spend 500 dollars fir the doc to tell me, "i get back to u" thank u!

Thank you. I seen the doctor last week and everything is ok.. And said the reason why I was having all those symptoms, wasnt because I was having a baby, its because I'm having "two"  babies! Lol! So 9/27/11 we'll be expecting two baby boys! The doc said its typical for twins to  turn out a negative hpt especially if theyre cheap! But everything is good, except NOW I have the MS symptoms too, boooo!  Lol! but at least the irritation has been put to sleep, and the questions are answered! Thank  you!

I would see the Dr because if its an ectopic pregancy it might only show a positive pregancy test with a blood test. That way the Dr can put you at easeif your not, or admit you to hospital. If its caught early enough its possible you will not have to loose your falopian tube. So the longer you wait the greater the chance you could loose that tube. Also if you wait for pain its typically too late. Im speaking from experiance. Good luck!

I'm not really sure...try posting this info on the Pregnancy 18-35 forum and some of the ladies on there may be able to answer for you, although most will try to encourage you to get a blood test from the doctor...I too have PCOS and I found out I was pregnant last month...I hope you get some answers that help...
