Irregular mensurations

Hi,
My girlfriend has irregular mensuration.
She will not have her mensuration for three to four month even though she is not pregnant.
When it finally comes it is so heavy that she practically can't do anything but be in the room.
Recently, we visited the Hospital and they made her to have a test and the Doctor said one of tubes were blocked. What is the implication and what is the remedy? She was given some drugs but this month the pain was too severe.
Can any body help us out?
What should we do?

hi. Iv just read ur post everything uv described points to pcos iv got it. Ask her to go bk the doctor and ask them 4 a ultrasound and a blood test to check her hormones. She may need to be referred to a gynaecologist but her gp should do that.  Tell her i hope she gets sorted soon. Take care.
