Robitussen has an expectorant (guaifenesin), which supposedly makes your cervical mucus thinner and more sperm friendly. The baby aspirin is used to increase blood flow in your ovaries and uterus.

The reason why you would take these with Clomid is because some women have problems with their cervical mucus drying out while on Clomid; I was/am one of them. Unfortunately, the Robititussin didn't help me at all. Furthermore, it wasn't suggested to me until after they tried to do an aspiration of my cervix and it was dry and supposedly the mucus created a cementy barrier. So obviously the Robitussin didn't help at all.

I'm requesting letrazole the next time; it supposedly doesn't have that same drying effect. They're suggesting an IUI.

We'll see ;0)

I used it during my last cycle.  I started taking it the day after my last Clomid pill, which was CD 10. I took it everyday up until the day after ovulation, just to be sure I was covered. I'm not sure if it was the Clomid or the Robitussin, but I got pregnant.
