Chances of pregnancy with polycystic ovarian syndrome, condoms and plan b?

Hi there. i recently lost my virginity at age 22 and am petrified i could be pregnant. I have an anxiety disorder so i might just be paranoid, but i figured it would be worth asking about. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome when i was about 14 years old. due to some allergies, i am not on the pill, nor am i taking metforamin. the man i slept with was unprotected for about 2-3 minutes before i made him put on a condom. he also pulled out while wearing the condom. after some anxiety attacks, i decided to take plan b (roughly 24-25 hours after sex). im nervous that the pill may not have been effective as i am overweight. im experiencing quite constant dull cramping, similar to my period cramps as well as a fairly sore lower back.i have yet to experience any spotting but have been discharging quite a bit more than usual. has anyone here been in a similar situation or can shine some light on whats going on?
