Hi, for me I had bad diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, migraines and loss of appetite but the good news is it only lasted a few days and now 9 months later I have no side effects.  If you are worried about the side effects ask for the extended release it is gentile on your stomach.  Make sure you take it at night with dinner (if not at night with your biggest meal).  I had some insomnia when i took it in the AM but when I switched to night time it went away. Good luck, most people don't have as many side effects as i did, i'm just sensitive to drugs.  If you do have side effects most likely they won't last longer than a week.
