go pick up a first response early results test, I got a positive at 13 DPO so 1 day before my missed period.  It should show up by now.  And like Niki said it's too soon to be feeling the baby but i have had the same feelings of and on for two weeks and i'm 5 weeks today.  you start producing amniotic fluid as early as 4 weeks which if you go by your last period four weeks would be around the day of missed period.  i think it's due to your uterus adjusting itself.  I also had cramps around the time when i was suppose to have my period.  the only was to know is test.  oh and most people say morning sickness starts after 6 weeks but I have read a lot different in fact i have been nauseous off and on since 6 days after ovulation (which would be the earliest for implantation).  If msniki's math is right and your period was due the 23rd so was mine :).  good luck hun.  I tested the 22nd and it was positive it's not too early.  my beta is already 2,981!!

Well even if you are pregnant, you wouldn't be feeling any movements as yet. That could be gas. Your period, if I counted right was due on July 23? I would say wait a week, to make yourself 2 weeks late on your period and then take a test. Some women can test for pregnancy as early as 1 day missed of period, and some need to wait. But now you do have to remember that having PCOS can cause irregular periods right?

Possibly you could be from what your describing its a good possibility, hopefully you are not just psyching your self up. I would try taking a test anyways, when I got preggo 5 years ago I started feeling the same way you do and come to find out I was 5 weeks already.  You could also call the doctor and have him do a blood test results are more accurate if you are impatient.  Good Luck!!!!!!!
