is it ovarian cyst???plese help me i need your reply

right after my intercourse with my husband 2 days ago there is red spotting for a minute.I have now my second period of this month it is light period,I feel cramps, I have left abdominal pain sometimes right lower abdominal pain, I also feels heartburn everyday but not severe and my belly becomes larger than before.I thought that if I have period this month my belly will be back to normal but it's not happening.I heard that there is possibility that while the woman is pregnant she can have a light period,I have irregular periods every other month but sometimes I have period every month then last month I had 1 week brown discharge and while having that I had intercouse with my husband right after the intercourse there is red spotting for just a minute...help me I wan't to know if I'm pregnant or it is a sign of having ovarian cyst or some disease???pppppppllllllllleeeeeaaaaaassssssssseeeeeee...

Wanted to let you know that I also have ovarian cyst... while I agree you could be pregnant I also wonder if maybe you had one rupture...it usually happens after intercourse and you will see spotting of blood, followed by crapping and bloating. But usually if you have one rupture you would be in a good amount of pain. but everyone is different. I would take a test and if it comes negative then maybe go see your doctor

i have 3 kids and each time i got pregnant i will have a light period during my regular period time.  because of that i usually find out am pregnant at about 9 weeks.  you might want to get test.  also it could be other diagnose.  ovarian cycst do not really causes bleeding but really painful during sex - intolerable pain
