pco or somthing else plz help

I am trying to conceive for the last 2.5 years. My gyn told me i have pco. My husband was also given a semen analysis test which came out normal. I weighed 75 kg at that time she told me to loose weight, I lost a pretty much weight and brought it to 64 kg. She put me on metformin(1500mg daily) and clomid(100mg) for 6 months but nothing happened. After the six month I was so frustrated nd stopped treatment for the next 6 month..Now I again started my treatment with a new gyn, she told me to loose weight n my husband semen analysis test came very bad. So he was given some medicine to recover. He recovered quite well my doc told me. Now again I am told to loose 5 kg weight (currently I am again 75kg) and visit her..i am so confused what s worng with me???why didn’t I conceive with clomid that time. I use to have regular period at that time while I was on clomid  and ,metformin…now I am doing exercise nd on low carb diet.. Please give some advice and tipe… ----

I know for me, my doctor wont even give me clomid until my weight is down. He says the clomid wont work for me if I don't lose 10lbs and keep it off. But also clomid doesn't always work on the first cycle. You may need to try another cycle of clomid. Your physician should tell you what's next. Ten years ago, I tried clomid and nothing happend, but I hadn't been diagnosed PCOS yet, and he didnt look into any of that.. I gave up and started this journey again 2 years ago and now I am really focused on losing this weight. Stick with your diet and exercise and, it may work the next cycle.
