pelvic/vaginal wall pain, no answers to all my pain

Hi, hopefully someone can shed some light on me. I just turned 29 yrs of age and since July of 2008, I started to experience severe pelvic / vaginal wall pain (I think that is the worst area, cant really pin point the area.) I have a small tumor on my right ovary, and have had bad cramps as long as I can remember, so at the onset of these pains I saw my OB/GYN and we scheduled a laporoscopy which showed nothing abnormal and that my tumor hadnt grown and really doubts my pain is due to my mass. He then has referred me to a Urologist and Gastro specialist, which I have seen. My pap test and bloodwork show nothing abnormal, but I do have a high white blood cell count. This pain occured for almost 2 months straight. Every day I had stabbing pain, burning, blurred vision, fatigued, hot flashes and body chills within the same minute, dizziness, was unable to urinate at ease, sexual activity, cant answer that due to the fact it had been a year since my last intimate relation. After two - three months of these symptoms, one day all my pain went away. Two months later my pain came back. I still have the same symptoms, there isnt enough pain meds to allow me to function normally, and now I notice my pain to be worse while sitting vs standing. My urologist is on the path to test me for Multiple Sclerosis, he does not think I have Interstitial Cystitis due to the pain going away for almost 2 months. I am so depressed not knowing what it is I have, tired of getting all negative results, I just want some answers so I can carry out a normal and healthy life along with treatment. Thank you very much, hopefully I can get some answers here to what it is I am experiencing! Again, thanks in advance!

I understand what you are going through.  It's so stressful to go for test after test and still no diagnosis. I've been going through something similar.

3 months ago, I started getting pinching twitching pain straight up the vagina ...I guess in the uterus area and the vaginal wall.
Then a month later, I started having lower back pain (left pelvic side) and then the pain
went to the front left side(left ovary area).  The pain started out as a dull pain in the ovary area but then I also started to get very sharp pains....sometimes pinching & twitching pains.
It is mostly around the left ovary area and in the vagina/utereus.  However, a few times, I felt the pain on the right ovary area.

I had the following tests done...all negative except for one:

Negative tests were:
Urine test for Chlamydia & gonorrhea & pregnancy.
Hiv blood test
Swabs for vaginitis, yeast, trichonomis, Chlamydia & Gonorrhea.
Urine test for urinary track infection, Urinalysis.
Pelvic Ultrasound & Trans-vaginal ultrasound
Stool test for ovum & parasites...because stool is kinda thin..but not pencil thin.

Positive test: Ureaplasma.  I was treated for 5 days (zitromax). Apparently ureaplasma bacteria is no big deal according to Dr.

The pain around the ovary area is sometimes dull and sometimes sharp. The pain straight up..which seems as the uterus is usually sharp and pinching/twitching. The odd time i still get the lower back pelvic pain. My Doctor cannot diagnose the condition.  Sometimes the pain is so sharp, it makes me dizzy and I get blurred vision.  I am now being referred to a Gastro Interologist(I don't know what tests he will run).  I also noticed that it's uncomfortable when i hold my bladder(urinate) even though I don't have any burning when i urinate.
Will keep you posted.
